Are we fully licensed and insured?

Yes, we hold business licenses in the counties that we complete projects in as well as fully adequate insurance.

How many employees do we have?

We are a smaller company when it comes to “in-house” employees. This keeps our overhead costs very low which enables us to offer a competitive price in today’s market. We have a solid team of amazingly talented tradesmen and project managers.

What is our typical project size?

Our projects will typically range from $75K to $750K. We don’t generally work on projects less than $75K.

What areas do we work in?

Our home base is North County San Diego, but we are willing to travel!

Can I get a price without construction drawings?

We will need a set of construction drawings to provide final pricing for your project. However we offer Design-Build and Pre-construction services and can take your project from concept through final inspection and C.O.I.
